Section A is considered the primary section of the school and conducts classes from grades 1 to 5. Students are later given an option to study either for Pakistan's matriculation or Cambridge GCEs. The matriculation system would conduct classes for grades 6 to 10 while an extra grade (11th) is added to the GCE courses. While the section A is for boys only, the other two sections have a coeducational attendance. Section B is different from the primary section in that it consists of classes from Kindergarten I and II, then grade 1 onwards to 10. There is no choice of further education, and students must study courses that fall under the matriculation curricula. Classes are held in the afternoons and are for both boys and girls.
Section C is built on a separate campus joined with A and B and teaches in an Urdu environment from grades 1 to 10.The school also has a library and computer laboratories, an on-campus clinic, and three canteens.
The school has Table Tennis, Cricket, Basketball and Association Football teams. It also holds the inter class Cricket tournament which are held between different sections of the same standard.
